Sri Akshay Raghuvanshi, learned counsel put his appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 8 and 11 and placed before this court an order dated 29.03.2025 passed by the District Magistrate, Mirzapur by which a person has already been appointed for temporary arrangements as per section 12 J of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947. Copy of the same also provided to the counsel for the petitioner. 2. After going through the same, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition. 3. This prayer has not been opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 5. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order impugned after retaining the photocopy of the same in the record. 6. It is made clear that in case the petitioner will file fresh petition, he will serve the copy of the same upon Sri Akshay Raghuvanshi, learned counsel having Advocate Roll No. A/A 1325/2022, Mob.
