Mr. Ajeet Kumar Yadav, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Suyash Pant, Standing Counsel for the State. The petitioner challenges her transfer
order dated 03.05.2025, by which she has been transferred from Community Health Centre, Thalisain, District Pauri Garhwal to Community Health Centre, Ghandiyal. Heard. The petitioner has been working as a Block Coordinator (ASHA), at Community Health Centre, Thalisain, District Pauri Garhwal. By the impugned order, she has been transferred.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has some family problem; there is no complaint against her; the person, who has been posted at her place, has already made a representation against his transfer, which has been recommended by the Incharge Medical Officer, Community Health Centre, Ghandiyal, District Pauri Garhwal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be given liberty to make representation to the respondent no.4, The Chief Medical Officer, District Pauri Garhwal. He also seeks directions that the respondent no.4, The Chief Medical Officer, District Pauri Garhwal, may be given directions to consider the representation of the petitioner and decide
it within a stipulated time. Learned State Counsel would submit that in case the petitioner gives a representation, it shall be decided within a period of three weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel. The writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent no.4. The respondent no. 4 is further directed to take a decision on such representation within a period of three weeks.
