ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ)
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: A. Issue Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 and 2 consider and send the name of petitioner for approval to the post of Bill Collector to the Respondents 3 and 4, by considering his request dated 21/09/2024 at Annexure-G, by fixing outer limit, and;
B. Issue direction to the Respondents 1 and 2 to pay the difference of salary as per the minimum rate fixed by the 4th Respondent in Circular dated 8/08/2023 in No.ZI.PAM/ AADALITHA/GRA.PAM.CI/VI.VA-12/2023- 24, vide Annexure-M, by fixing outer limit.
C. Issue any other writ or order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in circumstances of the case including the cost, in the ends of justice. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner’s name has not been forwarded for approval to the post of Bill Collector to respondents No.3 and 4, despite the representation dated 21.09.2024 submitted at Annexure-G.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4, on instructions, submits that the said representation will be considered within a period of four weeks’ from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The said submission answers the grievance of the petitioner.
4. Hence, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 21.09.2024 at Annexure-G within a period of four weeks’ from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, the petition stands disposed of.
5. In view of disposal of the writ petition, pending interlocutory applications, if any, do not survive for
consideration and are disposed of accordingly.
