The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "(I) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned Appellate order dt. 21-11-2023 passed by respondent no.2 and impugned order dt. 19-09-2019 passed by respondent no.3 (Annexure No.1 & 2 to this writ petition.)" 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. The present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law. 6.
