Heard. In view of the statement made by learned Advocate, at Bar, this application is allowed and the main matter is ordered to be restored to its original file, subject to R/CR.MA/19610/2025 ORDER DATED: 25/09/2025 the conditions that all the office objections shall be removed on, or before, 16.10.2025.
