Learned Counsel for the petitioner relies upon an order of a Coordinate Bench in a contempt application being CPAN 1978 of 2024 dated 29.08.2025. Considering that an appeal has been preferred against an order of which violation has been 2 challenged, the petitioner’s contempt application alleging violation of an order which has been appealed against is premature.
