Learned Trial Court had dismissed the application for interim bail on the ground that the petitioner had committed the murder of the one of the family members of the groom. This fact is not found to be correct during the investigation. 3. Since the petitioner is the maternal uncle of the bride and his presence is required as per the Hindu Rites and Customs, therefore, the application is allowed and the police is directed to take the petitioner/accused in proper custody to Village Chalhog, Post OfÏce Bhaderwar, Tehsil Sarkaghat, District Mandi, H.P. on 05.02.2025 and thereafter, he be brought back on 10.02.2025 to the Jail under proper escort. The petitioner shall bear all the expenses of transportation and also to provide food and suitable stay to the police ofÏcials accompanying him. 4. A copy of this order be sent to Superintendent, Sub- Jail, Mandi, District Mandi, H.P. through FASTER, to ensure the necessary compliance. 5. Petition stands disposed of.
