Issue a writ, order or direction restraining the Respondents from tampering with, destroying, or concealing any evidence in connection with FIR No. 0306/2025 registered at Crime Branch, Delhi Police under Sections 20/25 of the NDPS Act; b. Issue a writ, order or direction for constitution of independent forensic examination of all electronic and digital evidence in connection with FIR No. 0306/2025 registered at Crime Branch, Delhi Police under Sections 20/25 of the NDPS Act; c. Issue a writ, order or direction directing the Respondents to produce all Daily Diary entries, documents, and records as specified in paragraph XV above; d. Issue a writ, order or direction for setting up an independent inquiry by a retired Judge of this Hon'ble Court or any other independent agency into the allegations mentioned; e. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing FIR No. 0306/2025 dated 14.10.2025 registered under Sections 20/25 NDPS Act at Crime Branch, Delhi, being wholly illegal, fabricated, and in violation of statutory provisions and Constitutional rights.” 2.
