Today, the matter is listed on Review Application (MCC/1/2025). Review is sought on the ground that Hon’ble Supreme Court vide order dated 06.03.2025 passed in Periyammal through LRs Vs. V. Rajamani and another (Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 8490-8492/2020), has directed Executing Courts to decide all execution petitions within six months. 4. The direction issued by Hon’ble Supreme Court is binding upon all the Courts, including Executing Court before whom the execution petition, filed by the petitioner is pending. 5. Therefore, while declining to review the final order dated 06.01.2025, petitioner is permitted to place the order passed by Apex Court before the Executing Court.
