Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioner seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Bamapada (Industrial) P.S. Case No.245 of 2025 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.333 of 2025 pending in the court of learned ADJ-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Balasore on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the F.I.R. at Annexure-1 lodged by the victim’s father. The petitioner is alleged to have committed the mischief as described in the report. The victim’s statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS is made available to the Court for its perusal and therein, she has narrated her ordeal and how, she was treated by the petitioner. Considering the version of the victim, the Court is not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail of the petitioner, however, directs that he is at liberty to surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail and for orders. Accordingly, it is ordered. 4. The BLAPL is disposed of. It is directed that in the event, the petitioner surrenders within a fortnight and moves an application for bail before the learned Special Court under POCSO Act, it shall be dealt with in connection with Bamapada (Industrial) P.S. Case No.245 of 2025 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.333 of 2025 and dispose it of on the same day considering all such plea of the petitioner as has been advanced with a notice to the informant. 5.
