This application is allowed by directing Mina Roy to be substituted in place of the writ petitioner on her undertaking to file an affidavit affirmed by the other legal heirs and representatives of the deceased writ petitioner that they have no objection to the applicant being substituted as the writ petitioner within a week from date.
