Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that the impugned order of detention has been executed on 22-12-2024. In view of the above, the impugned order of detention has outlived its life and the petition has been rendered infructuous. The same is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the petitioner from the custody, if not already released and if not involved in any other case.
