The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to transfer the property in question in favour of the petitioner on the basis of agreement and for a further direction to respondent no.2-Vice Chairman, KDA to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2025 within stipulated period. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of directing respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to all the stake holders in the matter.
