It is the case of the petitioner that on the said date ie., 04.06.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner was held up in another court and thereby, he could not appear in the above CRP, which is neither wilful nor wanton. Accordingly, he prayed for allowing this Civil miscellaneous petition. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd and 3rd respondents have no serious in the Revision petition being restored back on file. 4. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd and 3rd respondents and also perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition seeking restoration of the revision petition.
