Case No. 107 of 2024, corresponding to NDPS Case No. 1 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 20(B) (ii) ( c)/22 of NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge- cum Special Judge, NDPS, Lohardaga. On 23.10.2024, Kuru police raided the bus bearing registration No. JH 01FT 8255 at bus stand Kuru. On search 22 kgs of cannabis was recovered from the possession of co-accused Niranjan Singh. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners were neither apprehended from the spot nor anything was recovered from their possession. He further submitted that petitioners have been made an accused on the basis of confessional statement of Niranjan Singh. In view of the submission made above, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge- cum Special Judge, NDPS, Lohardaga in connection with Kuru P.S. Case No. 107 of 2024, corresponding to NDPS Case No. 1 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Anjali/-cp3
