Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is a subsequent even that a Division Bench of this Court has passed a judgment in State of U.P. and 2 others Vs. Chandra Mohan Yadav Retired Junior Engineer Civil Nagar Nigam Allahabad Prayagraj and other connected matters, 2025:AHC:73048-DB, which is in favour of petitioner. Learned A.C.S.C. for State submits that aforesaid order is a subsequent event, therefore, in case, a fresh representation is filed, the same may be considered, taking note of above referred judgment. In the aforesaid circumstances, if a fresh representation is filed along with a copy of aforesaid judgment, the same will be considered in accordance with law preferably within three months and respondent may revisit impugned order dated 09.05.2024.
