The order dated 29.02.2024 passed by the In-charge Enforcement, Agra Development Authority, Agra as well as order dated 30.11.2024 passed by the Commissioner Agra Division, Agra under section 27(2) U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, are under challenge in the present petition. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents that against the aforesaid orders statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file a revision before the State Government as per section 41(3) of the Act, 1973. 3. In this view of the matter, it is argued that the writ petition is entitled to be dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy is available to the petitioner.
