Petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to cancel the School Leaving Certificate of Class-VIIth dated 31.12.2002, issued to Respondent No.7 by the institution Head of Shankar Middle School, Murtujiganj Chowk, Patna City. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Respondent no.7 is the son of co-brother of petitioner’s brother
Patna High Court CWJC No.17910 of 2019(5) dt.15-07-2025 2/2 and he has obtained the certificate of Class-VII on 31.12.2002 which is not in existence. Learned counsel further submits that Respondent No.7 is having eye on the property of the petitioner. He also passed Matric Examination in 2006 vide Roll No. 530, Roll Code 7149 and on the basis of the fake certificate, he is taking loan giving wrong parents’ name. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the Board submits that the petitioner has got no locus standi and he has filed the present writ application in order to settle score due to his personal dispute. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of the prayer made in this writ application, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner is gunning around the Respondent No.7 due to some personal dispute including the property dispute.
Accordingly, the present petition is devoid of merit and the same is hereby, dismissed. perwez (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) U
