The petitioner before this Court is an applicant for the post of Constable, Civil Police, Direct Recruitment-2023. Petitioner qualified physical eligibility test but ultimately was declared medically unfit for squint eyes and hence in both medical and review medical petitioner got declared unfit for the above reason. 2. The petitioner now has approached this Court for granting one more opportunity to undergo medical examination afresh as according to him in the medical examination report that petitioner got done in two hospitals, anmely, Dr. Jawahar Lal Rohatgi Smarak Netra Chikitsalaya and GVSM Medical College and Associated Hospital, Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur independently, petitioner was found medically fit. 3. Since the controversy involved in this petition for the purpose of medical test for third time is no more res integra in the light of the judgment of this Court in the case of Miss Neha v. State of U.P. and others passed in Writ - A No.- 10905 of 2023 on 13th July, 2023, this petition is also consigned to records in terms of the judgment passed in Writ - A No.- 10905 of 2023 on 13th July, 2023.
