Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. 1. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no. 3 to comply with the order dated 13-10-2023 passed by the respondent no. 3 for demarcation of arazi no. 1063/0.5390 Hec. and Gata No. 1064/0.5300 Hec. in the interest of justice. ii. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 08-04-2025 pending before him expeditiously within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. The petitioner, before this Court, claims that an order under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was passed and the said order was complied and pillars were affixed but private respondents have removed the said pillars. An application was moved by petitioner before revenue authorities on 08.04.2025, which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide the application of petitioner dated 08.04.2025, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
