The Petitioners, by filing this Writ Petition, have sought for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party to consider the representation of the Petitioners under Annexure-4 under Pradhan Mantri Bima Yojana to get back the money. 3. During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that before approaching this Court, the Petitioners have already ventilated their grievance before the Manager, Punjab & Sindh Bank/Opposite Party by way of representation dated 15.10.2024 vide Annexure-5. He further submits that the said grievance of the Petitioners is still pending. He, accordingly, prays that a direction may be issued to the Manager, Punjab & Sindh Bank/Opposite Party for considering the said grievance of the Petitioners. 5. Considering the submission of the Petitioners and on going through the averments made in this Writ Petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the Manager, Punjab & Sindh Bank /Opposite Party to act upon the representation filed by the present Petitioners. The same exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 6. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. (Dr. S. K.
