(ORAL) 1 The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.261, dated 27.4.2025 under Sections 190, 191(1), 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 126(1) BNS registered at Police Station Surajkund, District Faridabad. 2. This Court vide order dated 28.5.2025, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioners, subject to their joining the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 28.5.2025, the petitioners have joined the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel on instructions from the concerned investigating officer does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioners are not required.
