Considering the same, I am of the view that the conditions imposed while granting bail to the petitioner on 08.05.2025 is hereby waived. However, this will not prevent the learned trial court to impose any conditions for ensuring the presence of the petitioners in course of the trial. Consequently, CRAN 1 of 2026 is allowed.
