This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I-Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the Case No.6/2010-2011 [(Computerized Case No. T2011142905254) Tribhuwan and others Vs. Gaon Sabha and another filed under section 209 of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act, 1950, within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that proceedings under Section 209 of U.P. Z.A. and L.R. Act are pending consideration before respondent no. 2 since 2011. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide the Case No. 6/2010-2011 [Computerized Case No. T2011142905254, Tribhuwan and others Vs. Gaon Sabha and another], in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
