2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 60 of 2025 arising out of Sidhgora P.S. Case no. 201 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 196 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 126(2)/ 115(2)/ 118(1)/118(2)/117(2)/109/61(2)/3(5) of B.N.S, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum.
3. On 13.10.2024 at about 07:00 P.M., son of the informant went missing. Later on, it transpired that he was assaulted by the named accused persons due to which, he succumbed to his injuries.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the named accused persons of having assaulted the deceased. 5 Mr. Santosh Kumar Shukla, learned A.P.P, assisted by Mr. Rakesh Kumar No. 2, have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. It appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons of having assaulted the deceased. It further appears that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court earlier.
7. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum in connection with S.T. Case No. 60 of 2025 arising out of Sidhgora P.S. Case no. 201 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 196 of 2025.
