1.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 and respondent no.1 have rightly pointed out the order dated 07.09.2026 passed in W.P.(CRL) 2730/2026, and they contend that the petitioners are not entitled to any relief. It be noted that the petitioners were avoiding their appearance before the Court of competent jurisdiction. Various opportunities seem to have been granted. 2. (NI Act) relates to the issuance of non-bailable warrants. The order dated 20.04.2024 relates to declaring the petitioner no.1 as a proclaimed person, and the order dated 09.05.2024 relates to the direction of filing of FIR under Section 174A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. There is no justification shown by the petitioners to challenge the impugned orders. 3. Even otherwise, in order dated 07.09.2026, the Court has made the following observations:
“1. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that despite undertaking, Sukhwinder Kumar is not appearing before the concerned Court. 2. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an appropriate application seeking cancellation of bail to Sukhwinder Kumar i.e. respondent no.10, who has now been declared Proclaimed Offender by the Trial Court. 3. With respect to other accused persons, who are under police custody, it is directed that they shall be produced through Video Conferencing by the concerned Superintendent of Jail. 4. With respect to Baldev Singh i.e. respondent no.11, the police authorities are directed to ensure that he is produced before the concerned Court. If Baldev Singh fails to appear, the police is directed to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 5. With the aforesaid observations, no further adjudication is required in the instant petition. 6. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.”
4. Accordingly, no further directions are required to be issued. 5. It be noted that as of now, petitioner no.2 has not been declared as a proclaimed person. If petitioner no.2 is in judicial custody in another case, let he be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing. The said arrangement shall be made by the concerned Jail Authorities. 6. The petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
