The petitioner has applied for employment abroad and application of the petitioner has not been disposed of so far, in view of the fact that Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) has not been issued. 2. Sri Prem Narayan Rai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Union of India states that PCC report is awaited and application would be disposed of on receipt of the said report. 3. In view of stand taken, we dispose of the instant petition by providing that the concerned State functionaries will submit the required report within four weeks, and thereafter the Passport Officer will take a decision on the application of the petitioner within next four weeks and communicate the same to the petitioner.
