The petitioners through instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) is seeking direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to take stern action against respondents No.4 to 11 for committing cheating, fraud and forgery with him. 2. The petitioner is claiming that he is a senior citizen and NRI. He has filed complaint against private respondents who have cheated him. The Police is not taking any action on his complaint. 3. As per Section 173 (4) read with Section 175 (3) of BNSS, the petitioner has alternative remedies for the redressal of his grievance.
