Lastly, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.06.2023 . 3 . Trial court report dated 09.01.2023 reveals that charge has been framed against the accused person on 02.01.2023 and out of seven prosecution witnesses 2 witnesses have already been examined. Summons have been issued against rest of public witnesses and this case is still pending for evidence of prosecution witnesses. 4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected. 5 . However, since the petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2021 , Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
