Neha (the corpus) i.e Petitioner No. 1 (who is minor Daughter of petitioner No. 2) before this Hon'ble High Court and further be pleased to direct the administrative authorities to release her in accordance with law. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the corpus/petitioner no. 1 Km. Neha (minor) has been recovered, therefore, the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
