At the outset, counsel for petitioners has pointed out that an another writ petition, being SB Civil Writ Petition No.2229/2025: M/s Rajasthali Resorts And Studio Ltd. Vs. Akhil Modi, wherein issue was identical in nature, has been decided by this Court vide order dated 11.02.2025, relegating the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy against the impugned order, as provided under Section 58(1)(b) of the [2025:RJ-JP:6166] (2 of 2) [CW-2362/2025] Consumer Protection Act, 2019 before the National Commission for Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC). A prayer has been made by counsel for petitioners that the present writ petition may also be decided in the same terms. 2. In such view of the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 11.02.2025 passed by this Court in case of M/s Rajasthali Resorts And Studio Ltd. (Supra). 3.
