Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner claims that he has made various complaints even prior to registration of the FIR. Those aspects have not been looked into by the investigating agency during investigation. 2. It is, however, pointed out by the respondents that the charge-sheet has been filed. 3. If that be so, the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all objections at the stage of framing of charges. The petitioner shall also be at liberty to point out the evidence and material which he possess and the same is not forming part of the charge-sheet. All those submissions can be adequately considered by the concerned Court. 4. Accordingly, with the aforesaid liberty, the petition stands disposed of. 5.
