On instruction, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as A22 in Crime No.90 of 2024 registered on the file of the second respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 506(ii) 120(B) of IPC and Section 25(1-A) of Arms Act, 1959 and the investigation is still pending. Since there is an apprehension that the petitioner will leave India, in order to complete the investigation in Crime No.90 of 2024, the lookout circular has been issued. 3. Considering the above submissions, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted.
