(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.06 dated 14.01.2025 under Sections 109, 115, 351, 191(1), 190 of BNS (Section 331(6) of BNS and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act deleted vide report dated 14.05.2025), registered at Police Station Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Taranjit Singh, has apprised the court that in compliance of order dated 29.05.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief, as extended to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 29.05.2025, is hereby made absolute.
