SL. No Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGES’S ORDERS D1- 48 SABA No.19 of 2025 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. Mr. Gaurav Singh, Advocate for the applicant. Ms. Rangoli Purohit, Brief Holder for the State. Applicant was granted anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.169 of 2023, under Section 406 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Haridwar, District Haridwar, by this Court on 20.11.2023, in ABA No.114 of 2023. Now, the applicant has further come for anticipatory bail on the ground that after investigation, chargesheet has been filed under Section 408 IPC. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant has already been granted anticipatory bail for the offence under Section 406 IPC. Now, after investigation, the chargesheet has been filed under Section 408 IPC. This Court makes it clear that the anticipatory bail order dated 20.11.2023, passed in ABA No.114 of 2023, shall also govern offence under Section 408 IPC. The anticipatory bail application stands disposed of, accordingly. (Ravindra Maithani J.) 22.05.2025 RV
