The present Writ Petition was filed when the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (‘GSTAT’) was not functional. 2. A perusal of the record reflects that the Petitioner’s application for refund of Rs.22,76,66,272/- was rejected. The appeal preferred by the Petitioner against the said order was also dismissed. 3. The GSTAT has since become functional and the Petitioner now has the statutory remedy of filing an appeal against the aforesaid appellate order. 4. Keeping in view the aforesaid position, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, while granting liberty to the Petitioner to file appeal This is a digitally signed order.
