THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENTS TO REGULARIZE THE SERVICES OF THE PETITIONER AS A WATERMAN AND REVENUE COLLECTOR IN THE PLACE WHERE HE IS DISCHARGING HIS DUTIES AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:
ORAL ORDER

In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
“a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as a waterman and revenue collector in the place where he is discharging his duties.
b. Issue any other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be
disposed off reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit a fresh/new representation along with relevant

documents to the respondents who may be directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate decision within the stipulated time.
3. Submission is placed on record.
4. The petition stands disposed off reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit a fresh/new representation to the concerned respondents ventilating his grievances. If such a representation is made by the petitioner together with relevant documents, the concerned respondents shall address the grievances of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate decision on the said representation within a period of two (2) months from the date on which the petitioner submits the representation.
