Learned counsel for the petitioners refers to and relies upon an earlier order passed in W.P.No.19524 of 2025 dated 28.05.2025 in this connection. 3. Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the respondents. 4. The petitioners have placed on record earlier order passed in W.P.No.19524 of 2025 dated 28.05.2025, permitting the payment of additional security deposit in six equal monthly installments. Likewise, in this case, the petitioners are permitted to pay the additional security deposit of Page No.5 of 8 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP Nos.20547, 20550, 20552 & 20554 of 2025 Rs.80,34,100/-, Rs.36,85,027/-, Rs.51,34,559/- and Rs.1,08,04,159/- in six equal monthly installments respectively. The first installment shall be paid on or before 17.06.2025 and the subsequent installments shall be paid on or before the first of each succeeding month over the next five months. In the event of default, the petitioner shall lose the benefit of this order and the respondents shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate legal proceedings in respect thereof. 5. These Writ Petitions are disposed of on the above terms.
