Petitioner has filed petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.0008, dated 02.02.2025, under Sections 333, 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Ramdas, District Amritsar Rural. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 29.05.2025 has already joined the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jaswant Singh, has not disputed the factual position and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for any further investigation. 4. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 29.05.2025 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS, 2023.
