A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condonation of delay reveals that the petitioner was unable to proceed with the matter due to health issues. However, the petitioner failed to produce any documents to show that the petitioner fell ill. That apart, charges have already been framed and summons have been issued to all the witnesses. 3. In view of the above, this Court finds no reason to condone the delay of 117 days in filing the criminal revision.
