For the alleged contemnor no. 2 Ms. Nandy, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor no. 2, produces the documents and submits that the order, violation of which is the subject matter of the contempt petition, has been complied with. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner also concurs with such submission and has categorically stated that the order has been complied with. In view thereof, I am not inclined to proceed with this contempt petition any further and, accordingly, the same is disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
