The following prayer has been made in the writ petition: "(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding & directing the respondent Nos.-02 and 03 to provide police assistance force to the petitioner company for installing ground based monopole near Plus Park, Sector-62, Uttar Pradesh- 201309 for propagating and transmitting telecommunication signals of various telecom operators, so that justice may be done." 2. The case of the petitioner is that it has been granted a contract by NOIDA for setting up ground based monopole in Sector-62, however, the residents of Welfare Association are opposing the installation. 3. As the petitioner is claiming right on basis of a contract granted by NOIDA, therefore, we leave it open to the petitioner to approach the NOIDA for redressal. 4.
