Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 01.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No.111 of 2025, under section 69 of B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Saharanpur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3. Learned AGA for the State-respondents states that in the instant matter final report has already been submitted to the competent court on 24.05.2025, as such, no cause of action survives. 4. Confronted with this situation, Sri Chandra Shekhar Kushwaha, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 5.
