This civil contempt petition has been filed by the writ petitioner-Devendra Kumar Sharma, feeling aggrieved by non- compliance of the final order dated 08.02.2008 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3656/2002, issuing direction to regularize his services on the post of Gram Sewak cum Secretary with all consequential benefits. 2. It has transpired to the Court that against the order dated 08.02.2008, the State has filed S.B. Review Petition (Writ) No. 180/2011. In that review petition, this Court issued notices. [2025:RJ-JP:25693] (2 of 2) [CCP-538/2008] Despite notice, petitioner did not turn up, the execution of order dated 08.02.2008 has been stayed by this Court vide order dated 11.07.2025. 3.
