Learned advocate Ms. Vyoma Jhaveri for the petitioner placed on record a communication dated 09.06.2025 under which learned advocate has been instructed to withdraw the petition. Learned advocate therefore seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 2. Learned advocate Mr. Aakash Modi for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 (private respondents – objectors) raised objection to withdrawal of the petition pursuant to communication dated 09.06.2025. Learned advocate submitted that in the communication dated 09.06.2025, no reasons have been assigned and hence submitted that when the matter is listed C/SCA/21152/2022 ORDER DATED: 14/07/2025 for final hearing the petitioner may not be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Learned advocate further submitted that costs may be imposed in case of withdrawal is permitted since the petition is withdrawn at the stage of final hearing. 3. Considered the submissions. The communication dated 09.06.2025 is taken on record. It is noticed that the petitioner – Society has decided to withdraw the petition in the Annual General Meeting dated 29.03.2025 and hence learned advocate for the petitioner has been instructed to withdraw the petition vide communication dated 09.06.2025. 4.
