The grievance of the petitioner is that interim orders passed in O.S.No.42 of 2023 by the learned Civil Judge and JMFC., Ramadurg is not reflected in the RTC’s. Despite representation having been submitted, the same has not been entered in the RTC’s. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:11524 WP No. 105987 of 2025 4. The Revenue Department has been now connected with the court CIS and as such, all orders, which are passed by this Court or the trial court with respect any immovable property, ought to be automatically reflected in the revenue documents, more so, if there is an interim order which has been passed by this Court or the trail court or if any proceeding is pending in relation thereto. 5. It was not even required for a representation to have been submitted by the petitioners; the respondents ought to have made arrangements for the said orders to be automatically reflected. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER i. Writ petition is allowed. ii. A mandamus is issued directing respondent No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.05.2025 at Annexure-G and reflect the orders passed by learned Civil - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:11524 WP No. 105987 of 2025 Judge and JMFC., Ramadurg in the relevant revenue documents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. iii.
