Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Pramod Kumar Singh, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Sunil Kumar Mishra, learned counsel the respondent Nos.8 and 9 and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to permit the unauthorized vehicles to be plied on the route namely Khurja to Atrauli via Pahaso Chitari DV Rajhat which covers 67 Km. length in absence of valid permit. ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 to decide the representation of the petitioners to take legal action against unauthorized vehicles owner who are plying their vehicles on the route namely Khurja to Atrauli via Pahaso Chitari DV Rajhat." 3. The petitioner may approach the Regional Transport Officer, Ghaziabad through a fresh representation, who shall decide the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation of the petitioner. 4.
