The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)c, 21, 22, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3. On search, 500 gm. Brown colour substance, 5 gm. Ganja, cash of Rs. 290/- and mobile phone were recovered from possession of co-accused Md. Rubel Saikh and he disclosed that he was going to deliver narcotic substance to one Afridi @ Lakho, who is son-in-law of petitioners and lives in the house of these petitioners. Thereafter, search was made in the house of petitioners and cash, drone, mobile phone, Aadhar Card, Voter I- Cards and PAN Cards were recovered. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
