The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 18.05.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 474 of 2025, under Sections- 74, 78, 352, 351(4) and 62 of B.N.S., I.P.C., Police Station- Baheri, District- Bareilly. 3. The parties claim to have entered into compromise outside the court. 4. In compliance of earlier order dated 22.07.2025 of this Court, the report from C.J.M., Bareilly, has been received which shows that the parties have settled their dispute and entered into compromise on their own sweet will. 5. In view of the above, impugned FIR is quashed. 6. The writ petition is allowed. 7. Investigating officer of this case is directed to make entry of this compromise in the case diary. 8.
