JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 27-08-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 59 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 109, 118(2), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S. 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim, causing injuries. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57829 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 case, this application for regular bail is allowed. 7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Arwal/concerned Court below in connection with Rampur Chauram P.S.
